hi all,
I have a feeling that the custody evaluators do adopt some strategy for custodial decisions that they take which is why they keep discussing amongst fellow lawyers and read books . Do you guys think this is possible ? Last edited by genie : 12-06-2005 at 07:21 AM. |

hi tom,
I was also looking for information on this and found that there are strategies which are considered for the custody evaluators. Since there may be requirements for the qualifications of child custody evaluators, there may be certain guidelines regarding the custody report itself. Both of them go hand in hand and each cannot work without the other.. Last edited by genie : 11-29-2005 at 05:16 AM. |

hey guys, I think a lot of things need to be considered for custodial decisions. Its not that easy and even the evaluators are bound by certain guidelines and have to work within that framework.
As far as my experience goes, it seems like a long procedure if both the parties are not condescending. It is good to have an amicable decision so that these matters end fast and smoothly . Last edited by genie : 11-29-2005 at 05:20 AM. |
