Is it possible that the custody decisions can be modified to suit my requirements such as taking care of my children as per my convenience and not by the mothers desire or is it stringent enough and goes by the book only.
Can you guys suggest something in this regard ?

Default Is it possible for the custody decisions to be modified!
hi Rogers,
All is not lost yet.

It is possible that during the initial hearings, custody decisions may be altered to an extent that the court passes an order that the following considerable change of events authorizes alterations of custody so as to encourage the child’s best interests. Thus there are certain factors that would be influencing the initial custody establishment and also these may be the factors in the alterations decision.

Maybe you can work on it in such a way so as to suit yourself and get custodial rights for the children..

I have seen a lot of people who have made false cases just to get custody of their children.
