Hi all,

After many arguments and deliberations the court announces the verdict of custody after consulting the parents but do the couples actually agree upon their own custody arrangements is much to be seen. !!
Me and my ex-wife are still not happy with the arrangements and would like it to suit our own ways without paying much heed to the court's orders.

Default Is it possible!
Well , if they are not happy then mediation by third party is very essential for coming to an agreement on the custody issues.

Nowadays, there are certain educational programs for the parents where there are tools which would help the couples reach satisfactory agreements and limit their clashes over a period of time.
