Please I am really confused where I am. I want to get divorced from my husband and I don't want him to approach neither me nor my daughter after our seperation???
I also wanted to know if I could get financial help to fight this case and to help my daughter and I and after the divorce?? If he goes to prison, will we be able to get a pension? My daughter is under a trauma and I want the law to punish him for that!!!how can I do this??? I am really confused and I don't5 know what to do??I don't know anything about these procedures to follow???

hi KayMana... apologies for late reply.
what are your grounds for divorce? if the grounds are physical abuse and such, i think it is possible for you to get a court order prohibiting your husband to approach your daughter and yourself.
