If I file a case against my incestuous husband and go for a divorce, is it possible that I may lose my child's custody?
I don't work and I have not completed my studies. I always depented upon my husband but now that I want to leave him for what he did to me, I am afraid that I may lose my daughter in this legal fight!! My husband is a pedophile!!! However, we are still living under the same roof because I have nowhere to go and on top of that I am unemployed!!! I am really lost where i am right now and I really need help!!! Anyone please help!!

do you have any family that you could turn to that would help you out? YOU HAVE to get your daughter out of there!!! I thought that if anyone was a pedophile they weren't allowed near any children! If I were you I would get my baby out of there and worry about the divorce later. Please get your baby out....

is there really no way that your husband can he healed? if so, then I guess the police is the only one to know what to do about your husband. this must be so heartbreaking for you! i’m so sorry for you…. it’s now that you have to choose between your hubby and your daughter.. it’s not an easy choice.
