You are the CP if you've got the child's custody obviously. The NCP is the one making the visit, who has not got the primary custody of the children, the one who's required to make payments under an order for child support.
The NCP will be cut off from all visitation only in the most extreme cases. Supervised visitation may be ordered if the NCP has a substance addiction (in your case there's alcohol) or history of abuse to the child/children.
These are called Supervised visitation monitors. They can be "nonprofessional" like family members or friends on which both sides agree, who are not paid. They can also be "professional,", these are paid monitors. They are however supposed to be neutral.

I know all of that. I just wondered if any were actually doing supervised visits and who for them was doing the supervising. My lawyer had the nerve to suggest my stbx's father as a superviser!!! Hello this guys brother is an sex offender and he's an acholic!!! They are part of the reason we are doing supervised visits!!! My friend has agree to be one of our superviserors and I know it will tick his family off because they are very racist(she is creole of african decent). I'm having trouble finding an alternate though that is neautral.

These are kinda normal things unfortunately. I guess that even if you find an alternate who is neutral lol they will find a problem. That is very pitiful that they are racist, that may be why they will pay for all they did and do
