Anti-Social Personality Disorder is also known as psychopathy and it appears to be callous and unconcerned about how their behavior makes other people feel, they do not feel guilt or profit from experience,e.g, punishment. Furthermore these people will tend to blame other people for their problems or to find a way of rationalizing what they have done ... Due to their disregard for social norms, rules and obligations the psychos find it normal to act in ways that are regarded as unacceptably and grossly irresponsible. These kind of persons cannot cope with a long term relationship, although forming one is not really problematic. A psychopath cannot tolerate frustration and are prone to outbursts of aggression and violence

Why do the definition of some mental problems differ from what we see in movies? Is this normal? I think the producers should do some good research work before producing lol I never knew the exact definition of a psycho, thanks!!!

Simply because some people don't know what they are talking about. But there are a lot of movies where the characters are very realistic Azrael.

I never knew either! Thank you Splash for clearing this up in my mind! I always thought psycopaths were just mad killers! So they're not necessarily criminals is it? They just have some personality problems..and they have great difficulty dealing the others.. Have I well understood?

Hannibal LeCter. I wonder...do we BEcome psychopaths or is it inborn??

Are there specific/more common ways by which psychopaths become as such?
That's a really interesting subject. We learn things whose sense we completely missed! Thank you.

Maeva you make me laugh! So you'd like being a psycho? You're funny. so you ask someone to be your victim!! Good method, migh be very efficient!
I think we become psychos due to some circumstances through our life. Like for example, there are great chances I become so now that I've met Capuccino! (Capuccino, I sometimes appreciate you anyway, don't worry!)

Someone with antisocial personality disorder constantly breaks the law. He also lies, steals, and fights very often. That kind of persons disregard the safety of self and others. They can demonstrate a lack of guilt and as i said previously had a childhood diagnosis conduct disorder.

Capuccino is just seeking for the attention his mommy doesn't give him, nothing more, i don't think he's a psycho
