Hi everybody, I have a strange hobby……to read articles, news items on divorce and other family matters.
My friends who know about this passion generally come to me for taking suggestions on this type of problems. Yesterday one of my friend come to me and asked me about "child visitation" and "Parenting Plan". Both of these words are relatively new for me and i find myself unable that time to answer him. Child Visitation and a “Parenting Plan”
Hello James, Well the term child visitation means where the non-sustodial parents has the right to be or stay with the child, where as parenting plan is the agreement between parents and the court, for custody nad visitation. Custody and visitation are considered at the same time since the factors and circumstances taken into consideration by the court in making these determinations are essentially the same.

Non custody of children
Hi All!
I have apllied for divorce in court as everything is not going well these days between my spouse and me. We have a 4 year old son and i want his custody. My lawyer has told me that i may not get his custody as i am not fulfilling the criteria. I wanna know what are the criteria which decide custody of child. under what circumstances do the parents not get the custody of the children ?
