Divorce - Common Custody Terms.

Hi all,

since now Im now going in for custody I would like to know of the common terms which are used while asking for custody of my child.
Can you guys tell me some common ones please.

Hello Antony,

Terms such as Legal Custody, Physical Custody, Sole Legal Custody, Sole Physical Custody, Joint Legal Custody, Joint Physical Custody & Shared Custody are some of the common custody terms used by both lawyers and judges while deciding custody of children.
