I wish to have custody of the child in any possible way but my lawyer said I can have physical child custody . Is there a difference between this and the normal child custody ?

Re: Physical Child Custody (PCC).
The terminology for the different types of child custody varies from state to state. Generally speaking, the parent who has the children the majority of the time has physical custody and the non-custodial parent has visitation with the child.
