Default Want Divorce just because tired of being married
Hello James, Well each state has its own laws determining when and under what circumstances a divorce can be sought and granted. laws permit a divorce only if there are "grounds", meaning that the divorce is one spouse's "fault".

Wow i never knew that you have to have reasons to get a divorce, i always thought that if you wanted a divorce you could get one no matter what the reason...

Lightbulb Grounds of getting a divorce
Hello Everybody,
I am really surprised by the question of james. I think one can get divorce without any specific reason. If anyone think that he/she is not happy with his/her spose he/she have every right of getting divorce.
If i am wrong pleezz let me know. But i strongly believed that there must be no fixed grounds on which one can get divorce
