Divorce - Can any body get divorced before they finalize all the details?

I am in a big trouble and need help from all of u.
I have applied for divorce in court. Most of the legal formalities are completed and most probably, i will legally get apart from my spouse after 1 week.
Now the main problem is i am in love with another girl and she want to marry me before that. I wanna know can anybody get divorced before they finalize all the details?
If u have any idea regarding this plzzz let me know.

Hi Denzil, Well most of the states the answer will be "yes" or postive. The typical case is one in which one spouse wants to remarry before all the other issues such as child custody and visitation, support, distribution of property and attorney fees are resolved.
The party gets the permission to remarry while providing them additional time to resolve the remaining issues. If the parties cannot negotiate matters themselves, the court retains the ability to resolve all remaining issues at trial.

Details to Finalize

FEw days ago one of my friend got divorced. There are lot of tension between him and his spouse from last few months and finally they decided to be apart.
My friend told me that no. of details and legal details have to be finalise before divorce.
Could anyone tell me what details have to be finalised before getting divorce ?
Pleez let me know if anyone has some idea regarding it.

if i have well understood ur story denzil, u wanna know if the guy could marry the other gurl before his divorce is finalised. No i don't think he can . He has to wait until he gets his divorce and he can remarry

Personally i would not want to marry or go out with someone who's still on divorce procedures!

Your divorce must be finalize first than you are allowed to get married. It only a matter of 1 week, why is she in such a hurry. Tell her to wait.
