Hi All!
Few days ago while going through a magazine I come across an article related to divorce and other family terms. There I came to know that even Divorce has different types. As per the article, “Fault” and “No Fault” divorce are two types of it.
These terms are not explained properly there and I have tried a lot to find some information regarding it from that day. However, am not able to get satisfactory information.
I hope that u people will provide me suitable information.
I will welcome any information regarding Fault and No Fault Divorce.

Hello Jack, Well this depends upon states to state and country to country, whether to allow termination of marital status on both a basis of fault and alternatively on the basis of no fault. The base for fault include adultery, physical or mental cruelty, desertion, alcohol or drug abuse, insanity, impotence or infecting the other spouse with a venereal disease. In a no fault dissolution of marriage, a declaration by one spouse of the marriage that irreconcilable differences have arisen that neither time nor counseling will cure is sufficient grounds for a court to terminate the marriage.

If i am wrong pls let me know.
