I have heard that for modifying custody rules, there are certain factors which are involved to do this. The custody laws set by the court in my case worked fine till my husband changed his visiting hours. I think its high time that these rules be amended.Can anybody please tell me what could be these factors to amend them.

Modification of Custody
I think what they mean is again the "best interest factor" of the child which is taken into consideration and who has been the primary caretaker of the child, the results of a social study into the circumstances of the child, etc etc. which are some of the factors which they are talking about.
