Hi all,

I being the mother of my children feel that I should be made the primary parent of my children but my friends tell me that the court needs some evidence to prove that i am capable of being a primary parent.
What evidence does the court need to determine which parent should be made the primary parent?

Hi,

To become a primary parent depends on a number of factors and its the law and its procedures which will decide who will conclusively become the primary parent depending on these factors. some of them being like the the court will inquire into who has been the primary caretaker of the child, what are the living arrangements, who has been putting the child to bed, taking him to the doctor, making dinner, involving the child with appropriate people, bad decisions made by either or both parents, the work schedules of the parents, earning capacity of the parents and so on and so forth.these are some of them of the factors which is decides primary custody.
