Hello, Well I am splitting from my husband and I am looking for a new apartment to move in with my son, but because of my bankrupcy I am unable to find one. Though it has been discharged and it's been more than 3 years is still haunting me.  I meet the income requirements and also I have a very reliable co-signer yet I'm still been turn down!  I don't know what else to do! Am I ever going to be able to leave this hell? I live in California can anybody shed some light in here? Thanks,Crushed

Why is he haunting til now ? Are you officially divorce. If yes, then I guess he has no right upon you. Try to make a complaints against for harrassment.
I can understand how horrible he is making your life, but don't let him take control of your life. You have got to face him courageously. And I'm sure you can.

Hi Crushed, can't you move to your parents or some friend's place for the time being till your financial problem is being settled? There must be a way or somebody ready to help you in this tormenting hour. Or as Corally suggested, you should be courageous and face him, can't you drive him out of the house?
