My friend worked abroad for 3 years. He came home a happy man because he thought they had enough savings for their future already. But when he came home, everything was not in place. Their house had so many leaks and he found out their bank account is even below the maintaining balance required by the bank. He was really dismayed. He sent almost all his earnings so his wife can keep it for their future but it seems she spent everything on something he cannot even see what.

she owes him a concrete explanation. But if she has already spent the money there is nothing he could do about it

Yeah, but cry as he may, the money will never be recovered if she already spent it.

It will not come back. I guess he just has to earn it again and tell his wife not to spend everything again. His wife must explain how she spent the money also.

He has to understand her expenses and give her only enough. The rest he must keep from the wife.

your friend need to start once again but b4 that he need to ask his wife some explanation about where the money went then he must start saving himself and sent only the required money to his wife for expenses then he will be able to save for their future

Yeah, he should really get an explanation from his wife. Then he has no choice but to keep the savings away from her.
