Hey Veronica, ur question is no doubt a simple one but I just want to mention here that I have to engage my good efforts to bring out the following note for you...well please thank me for my efforts ...OK
The role of the Family Law facilitator is to provide necessary forms. It can also provide assistance in collating and copying forms for filing with the Court. Along with that, it can also review the case files to determine what forms need to be filed. It can also provide referrals and lists of available resources. They also provide general information and educational materials regarding Family Court. Besides, they also prepare formal orders consistent with the Court’s announced order. They can meet with both parties to mediate issues of child support. Last edited by tina : 12-10-2005 at 01:28 PM. |
