My friend just inherited a considerable amount and property. When his ex wife heard about this, she wanted a part of it. He was shocked and later angry why she would demand a part of it when they are no longer together. Does she have right to it?

If they are already divorced then she doesn't have any right on her ex husband's property now, don't worry!

Yeah, he must arm himself with a good lawyer. I don't think she has right to it though.

I don't think she has but it would be best to consult a lawyer.
