i think that u r mostly afraid by the fact that u don't know what kind of response u might have with those girls, that y you feel like u hesitate to make a move towards them. So in my opinion u r mostly scared about their reaction coz i don't see u a shy guy yassine. come'on otherwise u wouldn't dare to join us on this forum.

Try to build your confidence. Think of the things you are good at. If you are shy to tell a girl you like her, make friends with her first.

Good joke!!
So What are you doing on this forum?? Com'on you're not that shy. Everybody agreed. Just relax evrything will be alright. Take a good breath, a little confidence in yourself and Smile. Most girls love when boys know how to make them laugh!! That's what you did to me. So What's wrong? u can do it again. Never Stop Trying. One day or the other you'll suceed whatever you wish to. Just believe in yourself and Most important of all always start again witha big and beautiful Smile

my son had this problem too, since a child he was very shy but then gradually when he grows up with some interaction of couple of friends, he gets better and now he talks too much

Yeah it's a good point..you can start by going out with your friends and find some ways to bring you out of your shell..like keep you talking...you cannot go on like that..you need to build your confidence by talking on subjects that passionate you or things you're good at..eventually you'll see how easy it is!!!
