Is anyone of a mixed marriage (two different religions)? I am just curious because my husband is Christian and I am Jewish. We don't seem to have any problems in this area. My question is when you have children, does this create a problem?

that depends really... My dad's a Buddhist and my mom's Catholic... we don't seem to have any specific problems... I'm just not sure about Christian-Jewish conflicts though... as for me... there's nothing wrong...

I think you and your husband have to talk about how you are going to handle things so you will avoid problems...A friend of mind has a Protestant mom and a Catholc dad...She's Protestant but her dad doesn't seem to mind...

I think you should just decide who's going to handle inculcating religion on your children.

I think she means that the couple should decide who between them will teach religion to the children. I guess this could be a good idea.
