Well you have mass media don't ya? People are able to hide behind a screen to talk to someone else nowadays. Lack of control from the parents make that children how now access to it quite easily. and it is not the fault of the one making the movies but the parents who should watch for those kind of things.
Sexual education is an option. Teaching these to a child early is the thing to do to prevent "Deviant" behaviours afterwards.
