Hello Everybody,
I use to practice law before marriage and was successful too. But marriage i have left that field. Few days ago one of mine friend called me and asked me a question related to divorce procedure. He wanna know that is it possible that divorce can be done on irretrievable breakdown? Truly speaking i have no idea regarding it but i don't want to disappoint her. Certainly ! it is very much possible, but this is only the ground for divorce and you will be required to prove that the marriage has irreversibly broken down. Thus, to do this you need to rely on one of five facts such as adultery unreasonable behaviour ,two years separation with consent five years separation without consent and desertion.

hey sally,
Although u have answered Sabrina’s question u haven't mentioned that what is meant by irretrievable breakdown? I am little confused about this or frankly speaking have no idea about it.
