I've been to a shrink before and I hated it, plus I don't have the money to do such things.. My boyfriend and I don't really get along as well as we used to or would like to, and I really just need someone to talk to. Most of the time the issue is the fact I bring all my problems to him, which adds to his problems and stresses him out! Help!!

Well i you can get medical insurance they usually cover it or forums like this can help or you can check your local hospitals they may offer free counseling at the centers.

There are many free support groups which may be able to help you, you should look around for them at community centers or perhaps churches.

Most importantly though, don't just go to the first one, look around and find one that you can trust, or it is pointless

If you don't have insurance you can contact a church who might be able to provide you with counseling services that work on a sliding scale.
