When I moved countries a lot of things happened in my life that weren't great at all and I became very depressed.. I had to go see a shrink and it was awful. I eventually was put on some depression pills but ironically the side effects of using them were anxiety, depression, etc.!!! What's up with that?!
DON'T TAKE DEPRESSION PILLS IF YOU CAN HELP IT! They destroy a lot of people! It's been clinically proven that people who take depression pills are MORE LIKELY to kill or hurt themselves than people who don't |

baggybean,
Long time back, a doctor prescribed me to take depression pills. I had taken just 2 pills. I did not feel addicted towards it. Yes, there were family and friends with me at that time to help me think positive. It all depends how you adapt well to your new environments. I think the your problem is lack of adaptability. Try to accept your situations and live happily with it. Since you have moved to more than one country, dont you think you have got to meet a lot of people and got to understand different cultures. You must have a broad mindset! Think positive. Depression tablets do have side effects. There are noimmediate effect that you could notice.
