True friends will understand. Maybe they feel that you've abandoned them. Just try to explain your side to them and they will understand. When you get the time, try to bond with them again and everything will be alright.

Your friends are just missing you. I'm sure once you spend time with them again, everything will be back to normal.

Friends will understand, to a point. You need to find a way to balance everything. Work, friends, lovers, family, and househould. Use good organization and time management skills, and that should help some. You have to always remember to make time in your life for everyone that you care about.

A true friend is one who accepts you as you are;understands you and your problems and support you in good and bad times.Try to explain the situation to them and if they really care for you, they will know how important your work is to you.If possible try to plan things in a better way so that you can manage your time in such a way that you can spend some with them as a true friend is difficult to find.

They are probably just missing you and feels bad for not seeing you as much. Just apologize to them when you get the chance and make up for the times when you were not around.
