Question Re:What can be done as my spouse is not paying child support!
Well, your question says that u are in ur bad times but don’t worry it will take no time to change the situations...
...to answer your query, usually the failure of the spouse to pay child support is a persisting problem in family law litigation. The recipient spouse usually has a number of options that include hiring an attorney to try to collect support, filing a petition in Family Court, or filing in Supreme Court.
Thus, if the support is paid through the local Support Collection Unit, the failure to pay support will then be resulting in the suspension of drivers and professional licenses. Adding to this, if the support order is paid through Support Collection, the order may be reviewed every 3 years for purposes of cost of living adjustments.

Ya Tanya I agree to you & want to share my thoughts/conception too...lemme see if it can help Tina anyway
Under some state laws, the enforcement official can issue an order to withhold and deliver. The order is sent to the person, company, or institution that is holding property belonging to the debtor, such as a bank account, investments, or personal property. The holder of the property must deliver it either to the enforcement agency or court that issued the support order. Some states permit the property to be attached or seized and sold to pay the debt. Some states require noncustodial parents with a poor payment history to pledge property as a guarantee of payment. Non-payment results in forfeiture of the property.
