Hello Everybody,
I am in a trouble and seek your advice. I am president of a family club and tomorrow i have to deliver a speech on "Uncontested divorce". Frankly speaking, i have no idea regarding it. Could anyone tell me what is this “uncontested" divorce? I will satisfy even if u provides me a simple definition of this. I will elaborate this by my own. Plzz help me. Defining Uncontested Divorce!
Well, usually an uncontested divorce is probably the easiest, fastest and most simplistic divorce, in which it has less of a financial burden and easier on your emotions. Here , the husband and the wife can sit down and work out for a fair agreement that is right for both of you. Incase if one of you are the petitioning spouse then file the agreement and other paperwork with the court, after making a brief court appearance, and after which your divorce is granted. :cool:

Out of court Settlement
Hey Jammie,
You don't think it is like an out court settlement??? If u are disagreeing me plzz let me know what is the diffrence between these two.
