"Cash, check or charge?" I asked, after folding items the woman wished
to purchase.
As she fumbled for her wallet, I noticed a remote control for a
television set in her purse.
"So, do you always carry your TV remote?" I asked.

"No," she replied, "but my husband refused to come shopping with me,
and I figured this was the most evil thing I could do to him legally."

Hillarious! That is the right way to punish lazy men!
Sometimes, they become so impossible in their acts!

Most often I get tempted to do such a thing but again the acts reflect back in a worst manner and at the wrong time.Ever noticed it?

Well, guys really can't endure the time spent by their wives in shopping.

moonrise,

Now thats just mean. How is he supposed to switch channels. It would be the worst day of my life if I couldn't find the remote. :)

This is a very funny story. The wife was right to do so because this will teach the guy a lesson. He thought that he could stay at home and watch television casually on the sofa. Now he will have to get up and walk to the television set in order to change the channel or change the volume. This is a great piece of cleverness from the lady.

This may be a funny story but it tells us how sometimes lack of communication can be a hindrance in a couple. If the guy had accepted to accompany his wife shopping he will have had a much happier time in the company of her wife and they could have discuss on all their problems and desires.Instead he had a boring day without his remote

I don't get what it is doing in the "Your regrets" section?... Anyway, that's very funny and yes, either you both like teasing each other this way and that is your lifestyle...Else like tyler said this might show some lack of "constructive" communication between both of you.. Well funny way to make him regret...Oh ok I see now why you put it in 'Regrets' part!!

hi moonrise, well i should say that this is a very nice way to irritate husbands, but i think that that lady's husband doesnt really suffer from that, he can as well go at a neighbour's place and watch television. it's very annoying to see that some husbands are glued to the television all day long, they come home late, and sit to watch the tv, having no time for you!!!! i wish this could change one day.
